If you are an experienced Cook wishing to join a skilled, professional culinary team, look no further! The historic Homestead Resort in Midway, Utah - just minutes from Park City - is seeking qualified, experienced Line Cooks to fill seasonal part time positions. The Line Cook is responsible for assisting with all aspects of food preparation and presentation for Simon's Restaurant and Fanny's Grill, ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented in accordance with standard recipes and presentations established by the Executive Chef. The Line Cook must maintain a clean and sanitary culinary environment in compliance with all local and federal health codes. This position will also assist other cooks with preparation and set up for the restaurants, as needed. Will also perform banquet and kitchen line functions as directed by the Executive or Sous Chef. At least one year of previous culinary experience required, and previous banquet cooking experience strongly preferred. Must have a valid food handler permit or be willing and able to attain a food handlers permit prior to beginning employment.
